Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: We talked on the phone prior to the purchase and she said we need to sign the agreement then which I at that point thought an agreement that we paid the dogI made a payment of $4,3/8/and 4/3/she sends a contract and the way she responded to everything and how the contract reads I'm afraid she would sue me and I might lose my whole farm just because of signing a contractthis women does not operate trusting people and yet I was suppose to trust this women and send $4,to her without her signing a contract???????? This was absolute theft to me!!!!!!!!!! Regards, [redacted]

Dear [redacted] and [redacted] we want to apologize that you are experiencing a difficult time. When shipping a live animal on an airline you must provide a current Veterinary health certificate within the last 10 days prior to her flight and provide vaccination history. They take a...

copy for them selves and then attach the originals to the crate for you the owner. It is a possibility that the can be removed by airline staff for one reason of another.  This is why we mail these documents as well and in your case they were mailed to you along with the puppy agreement. Our website states that anyone purchasing a puppy is required to sign the agreement and is a standard practice of many outstanding breeders in the nation.Flights: I apologize for your incontinence with the flight time change. We provide each customer with an Airway number that they can track the pet through transit and anytime this changes as soon as we know we also will update the customer. The airline does not always immediately update the information. We try to work hard on airline communication.Vaccinations:We provided them to the airlineWe mailed them to youWe also Emailed them to youWe personally talked to your vet and gave the information to them as wellWe can resend them if you would like us to.Registration:[redacted] and [redacted] have both received a copy of the AKC registration certificut however the transfer of ownership could not be completed because [redacted] and [redacted]  refused to sign the puppy agreement documenting transfer. Our website clearly stated this needs to be completed and we are asked by AKC to keep a written record and agreement with purchasers.Genetic Information:All the genetic information is in the 4 page puppy agreement that you received and refuse to sign.You have received this information however I can resend it. Microchip:We have let you know that a replacement microchipping kit can be mailed out for your vet to administer. You have been provided with the microchip number.Again we want to apologize for your inconvenience and can resend requested information however AKC Transfer can not be completed until the Puppy agreement is signed and returned by both purchasers. We want all of our babies to be safe and travel safe.

Mr. [redacted] wanted to purchase a female AKC registered dog(Live animal) and also breed the same female to one of our studs(Service). He was able to see our website and talk to us about or policies regarding refunds and contracts. As a responsible breeder I can NOT send a dog out into the world...

not having an agreement for the dog and the puppies safety. The agreement Mr. [redacted] refused to sign protected him as well. We provided the stud service and the service of holding a live animal for months. These payments are NON-Refundable and it states this on our website and we verbally gave these terms. We also had already purchase the necessary things for the shipping of the pet when Mr. [redacted] than REFUSED the prior agreed terms. We are responsible for the future of our animals and puppies. Mr. [redacted] is able to Sign the contract, Pay the extended boarding of 132 days currently and pick up or have the dog shipped to him. He is currently still refusing.
