I am responding to the allegations submitted by Mr. [redacted], dispute ID: [redacted] As per the thread below forward to you, you can see that Mr. [redacted] proposes that BTF owes him a sum, when in fact it is Mr. [redacted] who owes my business a total of $4014 in monies....

His daughter hosted her wedding on my property back in September. The contract clearly states the sums and procedures for overages which I am happy to provide you with a copy. In addition, the [redacted]s, though explicitly informed NOT to cut or utilized florals growing in our flower fields as they were already purchased by another bride, they decided to cut them anyway and use them for their wedding event. The charges also include the cut flowers taken, though informed not to. They had the option to have custom grown flowers, but opted not in the interest of saving a buck. They also kept their items and belongings on my property for an additional 2+ days after their event. Per the contract, it states a charge of $75 per hour for overages. I find it interesting and exploitative that Mr. [redacted] wants to only follow the signed contract when it benefits him, but does not wish to abide when it is not to his benefit. I was attempting to be kind, but since he wishes not to compensate for the damages to the flowers he was not authorized to cut, it is my right to enacted the full contractual agreement. Therefore, Mr. [redacted] claim is not only false, but he owesthe sums being requested. Feel free to contact me directly for any clarification or documentation needed.Best,*Jason Eugene**BURNT TOAST FARMS**Office: *614.547.3276*Cell:* 216-376-014218230 Raymond RdParis Township, OH 43040*URL*:www.burnttoastfarms.com<http://www.burnttoastfarms.com/>*Email*... There are two baths inside the house and two which can be offered for outside use. Yes it is sad that your continued attempts to use and exploit to save a few dollars instead of paying for what you used. If you had an issue - which you didn't at the time, and you used the services - then we could have addressed then. I'm simply reverting back to the contract, as you have so often done. That said, the contract has been breached several times by yourself; going outside the bounds of theagreement which seem to be okay by you when it serves you best. However, when the agreement and contractual obligations does not best serve you, you are willing to overlook or forgo the written policies or obligations. So are we are aren't we following the contract? If so, then you are remiss and I am simply not going to waste more of my time on an account that has already consumed more time and resources than its value. You can now explain your logic in how BTF owes you a credit based on your findings. You can also explain how you see that you are not responsible for the overages and late fees when it is clearly written in the contract. Fine, though I do not believe BTF owes you anything, you may deduct what you believe is to be true from your balance of $4014.You may seek whatever counsel you desire, that is your right.
