The customer for order# [redacted] had called us about the issue for being overcharged an amount of $11.97We went through her order and found that she had placed an order for items out of which items were from our website and the 9th item (DELI MIXED FRIED CHICHENPIECE (containers)) she placed it as a special requestA special request item has no price at check out since it is a special requestOnly after the order is complete a price is added to the order resulting in an additional charge.We have checked the store price for the item and found that after adding our markup the price came up to $11.42We tried to explain her the same but she was adamant that we have overcharged her and we are ripping Customers and she will be taking it further if we do not give her a refund for the same.In the end, I do not find that we are responsible for providing the customer with a refund

Burpy SUCKS!
Multiple times now, I have ordered from them, and they give you a confirmation e-mail stating that your order WILL be delivered in a window of hours, and then call later and say due to a shortage of delivery drivers, they cannot deliver One time, they called minutes before the delivery window ended because of a shortage of drivers I stayed at home during that entire time when I could have gone to the store myself, or spent time with friends
One of the delivery drivers told me that they only get paid $per delivery, and sometimes have to drive across town to deliver, so they rely on the tips, and get frustrated and it's not worth it a lot of the time
Some of their descriptions need updated, and after multiple requests, they refuse to update them For example, a 3-liter of Diet Coke is listed as fl oz The grocery pickers never know what it is, and yet they refuse to change the description to 3-liter
They seem to get worse over time rather than better

I will get in touch with the customer and resolve this issue. Thank you for contacting us about this. This may have been over looked but we do refund our customers for items they are not satisfied about.

Our company policies do not require us to share with the customer the store receipt. They have agreed to the terms and conditions on our site and we are not required to give the customer the store receipt because they are charged prices on our website. For items that are not on our website the...

customer can add a "special request" item. With "special request" items these prices are taken from the receipt. The customer has failed to mention that she added 3 special request items that total to $32.09. While the other items selected from our site 4 of those items were not purchased, this total is $32.23. We have refunded the customer accordingly and charge them the final total of $192.16.    We have went in and changed each price for the items to reflect the correct size and quantity. The customer is refusing to understand this. The customer believes that she should be charged the price that she pays in the store or the price that the Mean or poultry items have labeled on it. This is not how we charge our customers. We apply a mark up to each priduct that is purchased. We have explained this to the customer already and sent her a final receipt.    Customer already has a receipt from our end. The customer never informed us about reporting this to the Revdex.com. This case has been resolved already after double checking this.      [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: It is not correct. I did not add on 3 items. I had added sushi, which you added the charge for. Then you changed the quantity of turkey from 48oz to something much less...but you still charged me the original 14.63 and then added on 5.85 for the smaller one. The chicken was also already ordered, but it was also changed. And the laughing cow cheese was still charged to me, but I did not get it. You had given me a 3.00 credit and then debited me another 2something. It really should not have been a big deal to correct the items when I first brought it to your attention. The only response I got from your customer service was that it had already been taken care of. No detail, or conversation. You failed to address the fact that the sushi was warm and frozen items were thawed when I received them. I actually threw the sushi out. I really don't expect this company to care. It is obvious at this point of that. I will not be using them in the future, nor will I be referring anyone to use them.
