Review: After a week of waiting for a return phone call Burr Roofing returned our call. We contracted burr roofing to repair a previous roof leak I showed the first person who arrived the areas that needed attention, then two other arrived the first person left They then went to the roof and came back down and asked to borrow MY two snow shovels. They never talked to me they did the whole roof, which was not needed I just wanted the area that was repaired before repaired again. Half way through we noticed our out door table glass was missing I tried to talk to them about the broken tempered glass they said nothing they looked at me and went back up the roof. we had to leave and go out I told them that when we scheduled the repairs. The next morning we noticed that there was shattered glass everywhere also realized that the lawn chair fabric was torn. And the gutter had been ripped off it's mount and destroyed. AND there are pieces of shingles in the snow and not only did the leak I showed them still leaked we developed MORE major leaks. and to add insult to all this I can not find the two shovels I let them use ??? they were special plastic shovels because of the deck wood. In looking to replace snow shovels all the hardware stores told me as they laugh at me and said do you know winter is over we have NO snow shovels sorry. I contacted Burr Roofing and Wooding did call me back after listening to me explain all I found and my displeasure with Burr Roofing he said he would call me the next morning it is now a week later and still there has never been a call.?????Desired Settlement: A refund and replace my shovels and recognize that Burr Roofing is not a reputable company NO WAY
