Received an email from Customer Service manager at Affordable Tours saying $refund is due to me and an $refund is due to *** *** Email also said that the check refunds are on the way

In addition, for his troubles regarding the delay we will issue Mrand Mrs*** a future travel credit for $per person that can be redeemed on a future booking with AfordableTours.com

Good morning,You may verify with *** that anytime a group credit is given, it is only for the cruise fare, minus port charges and taxes If a group had been created, the cruise fare which would have been offered as a credit is $ A group leader's fare would never be completely free because port charges and taxes are not part of the credit offered by the cruise line.Because there was no group created, again, due to not having enough information to form a group, there is no group credit from the cruise line As a good will gesture, we are offering a total of $onboard credit which may be spread out among all the cabins, or credited to your mother's cabin.Please confirm that you will accept this offer, and we will have it processed
