He explained everything in detail with concise written specifications to everything he told me He walked me through the insurance process step by step and was present when the adjuster came to point out all areas of damage Mike's team showed up like the professional full force operation that they are and completed my entire roof in ONE day! not the usual to be expected but extraordinary times call for extraordinary measures! The team was ultra professional, courteous and amazingly neat! The roof is absolutely beautiful and perfect Mike did not ask for or accept one dollar upfront First payment install was paid AFTER the entire roof was completed I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company BRAVO!
