I recently ordered two leopard geckos from Reptiles by Mack, and by no fault of their own, FedEx left the overnight order in their Memphis shipping hub for days before the reptiles were finally delivered to me Great news is they arrived alive and well due to the excellent packing job by Reptiles at MackAlso their wholesale sales manager Brett was extremely helpful in trying to help expedite the package to me when we realized FedEx had dropped the ball Reptiles by Mack has amazing animals, amazing customer service and an amazing shipping departmentI'd highly recommend them for anyone looking to add a quality reptile to their lives
I ordered a sub-adult male mack snow patternless leopard gecko expecting a good high quality geckoWhat I received was out of this world ! One of the best geckos I have ever seen let alone hadA++ Incredible geckos every time!
