Our representative, *** ***, met with Ms*** yesterday. Her baseboards are scheduled to be replaced today and the carpet is scheduled for this Friday. Ms*** was not charged for days of equipment, and the delay in picking up equipment was due to the storms in the
area. Her insurance company will be charged appropriately, and Ms*** should be out no monies other than her deductible amount or if the insurance company denies coverage for any reason. Coverage would not be denied due to Servpro
After speaking with Ms*** yesterday, she seems satisfied and her job will be completed this week
