Review: Took my service dog to him before Sept 2,2014 and was very pleased with the way my boy BBop was groomed. I took him in on Sept.2,2014 and knew that he really needed a good grooming for an event we were going to later that month and usually a grooming lasts for about 6-8 weeks after it has been done. When I got him back, his ears weren't cleaned or clipped,his face wasn't done and neither was his private area.I would have said something right then and there, but the CARE VAN was about to show up and they can't wait. The next day he started rubbing his nose into my bedding and was scratching,biting,chewing on himself. I wondered why this was. I looked him over and felt like he hadn't be bathed. With a crazy last semester in college,phone calls and returns are not possible. I did send the owner a private message on facebook and got no reply. I decided to take him to another groomer when I again had funds enough to do it. The new groomer charged us $54.00 and the question asked was "When was he last groomed?" This is a service dog and if he loses his hearing, he is useless to his owner. Yes he was in uniform when I brought him in.Desired Settlement: Would like a refund as both of us were made miserable for 8 weeks.

He was not aware of the issues the customer had with the service until now. He would be willing to redo the service free of charge.

Had problems with this business before and when I didn't hear back from him with an answer to my email to him through [redacted], I went to the Revdex.com. Was supposed to have my dog groomed for FREE according to the letter and phone call I got and when I went back to him on 11/20/14 he called me a liar and than he told me that he never said that he'd do my dog over for free and yet the letter said for free at the bottom. He charged me $35.00 for doing my service dog over. This money was supposed to be available for my dog to go to the vet the next day. Now I will probably overdraft the account for him because of that. I called Revdex.com on Friday morning and never got a return call. I will never bring my service dog back to him again. He thought it was ok for me to blow off my midterms for school when they are timed and it have been considered cheating if caught. He was told to call my home phone and he called my cell phone, which has limited minutes and is NEVER used while I'm at home.
Refund of the $35.00 check and a apology.

The business called the Revdex.com and said they customer was offered the services she complained about last time so the price when from 53 to the 35 she had to pay. She said that this was explained in detail to the customer and she has to agree to the price before the service is done and the dog is dropped off, she agreed and left. When she came back she paid she left happy.

The customer contacted the Revdex.com to say that she rejected this because free should mean free not discounted rate. She confirmed that the business went over the price of the service in detail before she left BBop and then did pay for the service as completed. She does not feel this business is run well and will not ever return to this business.
