Called yesterday And talked to [redacted] @ 11:30am for HelpWe had scheduled a move weeks ago with another company (U-Truck Movers)and they failed to show up or call or textWe were sitting in a packed up apartment on "Moving Day" with No Movers:( [redacted] and everyone else worked Very hard to scramble at the last minute and get a truck and crew out to help us!!!!!! Worse service ever about time we get done replacing what they broke I was better of moving myselfAnd the owner very rude not helpful at all And far as Claims don't waste your time

Burtnett Flooring did a wonderful job on our cottage floors, pine and oak. The pine floors came up much nicer than I expected with the natural finish applied by Burtnett. Everyone commented on how lovely the floors looked, made the remodeling job look even better.

Don't do business with this company. The movers stole items from my home in areas of the house they weren't even supposed to be in. They rummaged through drawers in the bathrooms and opened boxes to take jewelry from both the master and other bathrooms. They also took electronics from my son's room which was the whole reason we realized that they had taken the other items. In addition they took collectable coins and part of my daughters 50 state quarter collection, like we wouln't have noticed that half the states were gone! We have called the police and there is a report on file. When we called both locally and the national franchise number we were told to file a claim with their claims department or to file with our homeowners. One person actually said that all valuables should not be in plain view, does that mean that you can expect anything in view to be taken? FYI, the local owner says the crew that came to our home was fired but corporate says company policy is to suspend the employees. These guys were hired to move the furniture only, not to move the smaller boxes or to pack anything up. I don't want this to happen to anyone else. If they have moved you, I would double check your small valuables, you might be light a couple of things.

My experience began in an excellent manner. I chose All My Sons because it was advertised as family owned and I had an image of a couple of college kids coming to move me. [redacted] was a great salesperson, wonderful on follow up; however, once I had my plans in place, I didn't hear from anyone. I called several days before my move to confirm everything and I was assured we were good. On moving day, no one shows up at 8:30 which was when I anticipated moving. After several phone calls, the owner calls me and says he'll get someone out there by 1:00 p.m. He was good at his word on that one. They overcharged me for packing materials which I never used; however, [redacted] helped with that and reversed the charge again after a couple of emails and exchanges. I made my review neutral because this ended well but there were lots of road bumps that could have been avoided with a phone call where a connection was made with a person. I won't be able to recommend this company to anyone due to my experience.

I love the work this company did at such a reasonable price. We used them a few years ago in our old farm house. We are going to see if they can do the rest of our bottom floor this year. They sanded and stained two adjacent rooms after we pulled the carpeting up from the original hardwood flooring.

On 3/29/2012,burtnett flooring sanded removed split boards stained and coated floors. staining took two days, stain did not match, the two rooms, not much of a differance, that was ok. Within two months the replaced boards split. I had Mr. Burtnett here and we talked about what action could be taken, I would pay for the milling of the boards. I wanted to wait for spring, strong odor. Two years have past, now the one board is coming apart. He has made no serious effort to work with me. My last call to him has not been returned. I feel he has no intention of working this out.
