correspondence, she tried calling her a couple of times and was not able to reach her.  [redacted] did leave Julie a message stating that she had attempted to reach her, but could not, so to help resolve the issue she offered to credit [redacted] account $50.00.  This offer was not because our crew failed to do what was asked of them, but because we wanted to resolve this issue.   [redacted] has still not responded.  We have recently emailed and snail mailed her a new statement, at the beginning of April 2017.  Since we still have yet to hear back from her, we will be going forward in filing paperwork in small claims court. I will be forwarding the correspondence, following this email to you.  Should you need any further assistance from me, please do not hesitate to contact me.  Thank you, I hope you have a wonderful afternoon.  [redacted]
