[redacted] I have no record of doing business with mr [redacted] in your email u stated that I have not reply to you or him the first I hear of this matter was last week my brother use to work for burtonfencing but was let go in Jan sense then he has been doing business under my company and license # with out my permission and the Contractors State License Board has been investigating this matter since the beginning of February please send copy of burtonfencing contact if the customer has one and hopefully we can resolve this matter. Review: Burton Fencing installed a very large composite deck in our backyard. Part of the quote included installing a gate. Gate has not been installed. The composite deck was chosen because of the durability, but the boards are swelling or were not properly installed. We have tried several times to talk with [redacted]. He has come to our house and made promises concerning the installation of the gate and the swelling of the boards. We have a very expensive deck that looks like it was installed by amateurs and we cannot get [redacted] to call us back to deal with the situation.Desired Settlement: I could only select one option for how to resolve the matter. First we would like for the owner to contact us regarding the issue. Second we would like for him to finish the job by installing the gate and fixing the boards that are swelling. If that is not possible then we would like to get compensation so we can find a competent decking company come out and fix the problems.
Review: Payed [redacted] $4260 for a fencing job that dragged on for over 3 months. They owe us $500 for a coupon that was suppose to be applied and 2 fence caps. Called him numerous times and each time he promises to finish the job and give us the $500.Desired Settlement: I want him to give me the 2 fence caps and my $500 back for the coupon.
