Terrible customer service after the sale. Impossible to get Tom to return a phone call. I would never use them or recommend to anyone. Job never completed. DO NOT use these guys under any circumstances. Totally unsatisfied with work that was done. Would have posted review sooner but gave them time to make right which they never did. I feel like I've been robbed by these guys.
We are short-handed and have many projects to finish before Christmas but hope to return to replace warped veneer that is hidden from view beside the refrigerator at no charge even though the complaint is beyond our free warranty period.
