Burton & Mayer, Inc.

I never write reviews, but Burton an Mayer (who acquired Angel Lithographics), is not a company you want to invest a lot of time with.

We worked for over a complex project that will be worth about $50K per year for at least the next 20 years. The salesperson was great, and we assumed the company behind him would be too.

At the start of the job, we offered 50% down, and then increased it to 75%. We made that clear, and the company agreed. After working our way through several "mis quotes", and other issues, they conveniently used up what started as a generous lead-time. They then demand 100% up front, and offer no cash discount. Stating they had already included a discount. Keep in mind, I haven't seen a proof, or a single box, and they were only delivering 1/2 the order and holding the rest.

In any event, it was the Vice Presidents condescending attitude that really pushed me over the edge. Luckily this arrogance showed thorough just in time for me to move my business elsewhere. I seen this type of attitude before, and it simply isn't supportive. If I can save anyone the headache and a years worth of time its worth my writing this.

Personally happier to pay more not to have to deal with them, although I only chose them because of their Location, and the salesperson.
