Great company, fast, careful, and not to expensive.

Hired Burton Moving and Delivery for a whole house move. [redacted] underestimated quote by $300 and was late on moving day with no courtesy call. He asked if I could fit furniture in my car before finally getting another truck. My furniture was not covered and each piece has scratches etc. Also furniture and items were taken apart to fit in the truck and not put back together. Hardwood floor was damaged and [redacted] was a no show the next day to repair. Several items were damaged or are now missing as a result of the move. Wooden side rail of bed was damaged in the move and [redacted] said he would replace it. For five weeks he led me on to believe the replacement bed part was ordered. I followed up many times with no response from [redacted]. I called the manufacturer and they stated this bed rail was no longer made. Called [redacted] and he admitted he lied and also states he had the bed hardware and a TV mount. Told him a cooler was damaged, a net was missing and part for an item was missing. He agreed to replace cooler and net and reimburse for part of item missing, tv mount, bed hardware, and compensate for a part of the bed. He refuses to use the insurance that he advertises and states he will take care of it himself. I still have not received any replacement items or money that was owed to me.Desired SettlementI would like the items and money that is owed to me:

3. Money for pitching machine leg (37.87)
4. Bed hardware
5. Tv wall mount
6. $100 that was agreed upon towards the purchase of a new bed

Hired on 5/13/2015 to clean up yard on 5/14/2015. Paid $350 Cash. Cost included amowing lawn Package, gutter cleaning package, trimming hedges, cleaning cluster of trees in front of house and clearing side area.Job to be completed on Thursday 05/14/2015. After mowing [redacted] had to go but promised to be there next morning to finish job. Wrote check for $350. On Friday 05/15 messaged him when he was a no show, not hearing from him until 2PM. Informed me check did not clear (signature did not match). Offered to meet him at bank to get his overcharges reversed and handed him cash. He said he would be there that evening to finish the job. Again a no show. Messaged him and he said he could not make it but would be there at 12 on 05/16. Again a no show. Texted but he did not respond. Texted him again that evening, he said he could not make it but would be there Monday to complete the job. Asked him to please email me a work order detailing what the $350 covered. He did not. Monday again he was a no show and did not respond to my texts or [redacted] messages until the afternoon that day. Said that if he did not get the job completed on 05/17, he would refund me the money. He showed up Tuesday but said he could not complete job (this is when [redacted] cleared some of the gutters, leaving the debris on the ground). He also said he would refund me $50 because he would not be able to chop the wood and clear the side area for less than $100. He was suppose to place the refund in my mailbox the following day. That never happened. Asked him again for a work order but he did not complete one. Said he would come back Thursday and finish the job. Was a no show. Texted him in the AM and again at 1PM asking for a refund. He responding to the refund text saying he would not refund anything other than the $50. Finally got him to agree to pay me back $300. Initially allowed him three installment payments but have now requested he pay by May 23, 2015.
