May 5, Dear *** ***:
I am in receipt of *** ***’s “rejection” to our original responseThe account information previously sent to *** *** is correctUnfortunately, the clerk who prepared that letter failed to include the $in court costsThus, the amount First National Bank of *** sought of $17,669.25, plus court costs of $219.50, plus interest at the post-judgment statutory rate of 6% per annum (as of today$3,529.57), less total payments received by my office to date in the amount of $16,750.00, equals, as of the date of this letter, $4,(Please note the amount due will vary from day-to-day as a result of the aforementioned interest accrual.)If there is anything else you need from my office in response, please adviseOtherwise, I look forward to hearing from you as to your disposition of the complaintVery Truly Yours,
Britt S

April 24, 2015Dear [redacted]:I am in receipt of and have reviewed [redacted]’s complaint, [redacted] is correct that he has been making payments on this matter for quite some time. My Firm on behalf of my client received a judgment against [redacted] on December 23, 2010, in the amount of...

$17,669.25. Since that time the judgment continues to accrue interest at the post-judgment statutory rate of 6% per anum.According to my file, my Firm provided [redacted] with his remaining balance on December 3, 2014. Thus, I believe my Firm already responded to [redacted]’s request. If there is anything else you need from my office in response, please advise.
