Review: [redacted] came to [redacted] (as [redacted]) and agreed to replace our roof. He took $3,000 to buy material, and we have not heard from him again. Repeated attempts to contact him have failed.Desired Settlement: We would like our money back, since he never showed to do the agreed upon repair.
