response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #[redacted].I spoke with [redacted] from Burton Customer Service and he finally agreed to warranty the boots by sending me a new pair of the same size as well as smaller base plates for my Burton mission bindings. However, I have not received them yet and Burton is in the process of get that sorted out. I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved.
