I sent a technician to Ms [redacted] 'sThe breakdown of charges were $for service call, $for trip charge and the rest of the charge was for the capacitor as she had a bad capacitor.Customer call back, heating unit not working again - sent same technician back as he was familiar with the unitThe 2nd trip Ms [redacted] was not charged a service call or a trip chargeThe technician diagnosed the unit and the heating element badA price of $for the hearing element was provided to Ms [redacted] and didn't want to paySo my technician left.Customer had different problems with her unit that's why it wasn't workingWe've worked for Ms [redacted] in the past and have no ill feelings however a refund is not warrantedFrom my understanding her son filed the complaint - Best regards, [redacted]
