I got them to look at my boiler, which they said had burners outI told them to go ahead with ordering the partsI was told that it would be about a week until the parts were inI waited about weeks and called them about an approximate timeThe guy I talked to said he was not in the office, he would be there in a few minutes and he would call me right backI waited two days with no response and called againI explained that I didn't get a call back and I wanted to know the approximate time it would takeThe (this time it was a lady) lady told me she would find out and get back to me right awayI waited about hours, got no call back...againSo I called again and was told that there are no elements in Winnipeg and he doesn't know when it will be inI told them just to cancel my requestA company should keep the customer at least informed about the status of their boiler being repaired, especially with winter fast approaching, or at least return my calls
