Review: In June 2013, I made three reservations with Bus4Hire to provide transportation services for my family reunion for June 2014 and paid a deposit. I called back to confirm my reservations in January/February 2014. I have received no response from them after leaving several messages. On 2/6/2014, a woman answered the phone number ([redacted]) and said the company was no longer at this number. I have copies of the confirmation information for my trips along with the actual email correspondence.Desired Settlement: I would either like the service to be rendered or my deposit returned.
Review: On Saturday June 15th I left my wallet on a bus4hire bus by mistake. I contacted the company repeatedly on Monday the 17th and Tuesday that they had looked for and not found my wallet. On Saturday June 29th I received a call from a man who had been riding on the same bus that weekend for an event and found my wallet, and said that he left the wallet with the bus company since he was in town for a wedding. Since that date I have called bus4hire more than 30 times and sent three emails, but never received a response back from bus4hire. Their phone numbers are either disconnected or full mailboxes, meaning that I cannot leave a message for anyone either.
Our driver on June 15's name was [redacted] and the reference/transaction ID # was [redacted].Desired Settlement: Acknowledgement of receipt of wallet, and plan for its return.

On Sunday May 19th, the bus arrived minutes late, at 12:40pm, therefore we did not get on the road until after 1:00pmOnce in transit, minutes after leaving [redacted] MD, the bus broke downWe waited 1/hours for another bus to be dispatched to us to continue the tripBy this time it was too late to goWe would not make the installation service in [redacted], PAI immediately contacted Bus4Hire and requested a refund for their serviceAs of today, June 5th, [redacted] has not received a refund of $The list of problems that I have are as follows:
The owner, manager, sales assoiciate have never reached out to contact me about their bus breaking down and ruining our trip to [redacted], PA
I have called, and emailed several times regarding them to process a refund
I spoke to [redacted], the manager, who ensured that [redacted] would receive a refund, but we have not
My Supervisor, owner of [redacted], has called several times, spoke to [redacted] to get a refund but have not received it

I apologize for the breakdown and all with the affiliate companyHere is what I came to know:
Our Bus DVD player stopped working so we had paid another company to take care of your group even though they demanded more money, our priority was to get you a DVD bus as requestedUnfortunately, their bus broke down and another company was called in by themOur office was trying to locate companies as well, by the time this bus showed up it was late and you had decided not to go
Even though once job was farmed out, we kept in touch with your group to make sure you are taken care off[redacted] had requested to the bus that broke down to see if they can give some sort of refund to you but they said they can'tBecause, bus who dropped you off got paid, $for just a transferThey paid for a two truck and repairs
However, [redacted] has told me to send $back to you from his future payrollDo I get it mailed to your name to the Church address? Please update me on that, so it can be sent today

Here is the truth of the matter.We are owed a $for a refund for our $deposit
Just to let you know, the bus company never kept in touch with me regarding anything on Sunday May 19thOn the day of the trip I called times to find out where the bus wasI was never giving an explanation other than the driver is on his wayThe driver arrived minutes late at 12:40pmHe was due to be at our church at 12:noonI started calling as early as 11:00amWe are not responsible for any payments you made to another bus company due to the bus not having a DVD player and the bus breaking downWe are asking for a full refund of our deposit, of $made payable to [redacted] MD [redacted]Desired Settlement: We want a refund of our deposit of $
Review: I hired this bus company for my wedding and sent them a Deposit in a check which they cashed.
I can no longer get a hold of the company, the phone is disconnected and have been told by other companies its shutting down.
I have not been sucsessfful in getting my deposit back and want to cancel the service asap.Desired Settlement: To be refunded the money we put down for a deposit on the busses.
Review: We reserved a limo from the company for my daughters prom. It was supposed to arrive at the pick up destination at 5:30. They did not show up until 6:35. I repeatedly called the company to find out where the driver was. They said he was in route and should only be a few minutes late. Once the driver arrived there he offered no apology for being late. He then asked if one of the kids could ride up front with him because his GPS was not working and he didn't know how to get to the restaurant. I didn't want of the kids missing out on riding in the back with their friends so I rode with him to the restaurant to give him directions. The kids had the eat their dinner as quick as possible since they were already over an hour late. Once at the prom the driver gave my daughter is cell number and told her to call him when they were ready to leave. They had to call him 8 times and text him once before he showed back up. My daughter also said the limo was very dirty inside and it didn't look at all like the picture of what they showed the limo to look like. Also, their ad said it would seat 25 people. they had 25 people and several of the couples had to sit on each others laps because there wasn't enough room for all of them.Desired Settlement: I would at least like some of the money refunded to us so I can give it back to the kids. We paid 1375 dollars for the limo and were not at all pleased with the service.
