It is my belief that Tony Autoplex service department made unnecessary repairs to my vehicle in order to charge the highest dollar amount possibleI have saved invoices from the business that show that two of the spark plugs from my vehicle were not operating correctly, but the maintenance technician chose to replace all fourIn addition to that, the technician also chose to replace all four coil packs, despite the fact that none of them appeared to be malfunctioning
I spoke to several automotive mechanics in my area, asked them what their professional opinion would have been if this vehicle was brought to them for repairs, and I was told from each of them that these were unnecessary repairs made to charge excessively for work that did not need to be performed

Purchased a new vehicle 9/24/from Tony NissanInspected the vehicle prior to purchase and saw a scratch on the bumperSalesman noted it and said the service department will contact meService department contacted me and stated that their paint shop person will get back to them, then get back to meSo far it has been two weeks and Nissan keeps stating that the painter has not responded back to themI call the service department manager and he claims that he will get back to me on the statusSo far no update and he has not been responding to my voicemails

I receive emails from Tony Nissan with offers to tramy vehicle, buy a new vehicle or service my vehicle with themI did buy my current vehicle from them However, I have clicked their "unsibscribe" option on these emails at least twice now and I still receive emails from them The most recent email was sent to me on June 23rd, I have chosen to "unsubscribe" again but fear this is useless as I have done this multiple times already This is bordering on harassment

I bought my car year ago to the date todayAnd from day all I've had was problems! I figured I'd stick it out being that I pre-paid for services from them for the next few YEARSI was horribly mistaken! The day I picked up the car I financed with James K***And he was good, he folded all the papers he handed me to signRushed me through it and by the time I walked out his office he had me sign for $10,more than I was originally told the car would costAlthough that bothered meI figured I could live with the additional coverage and moved on
When they handed me the key I only got I asked for the second keyAnd they said it doesn't come with the car regardless of the $key replacement package I paid forThey told me over the phone that the key replacement was for if I lost my original key and I have to pay out of pocket for towing to the dealership to get a new key madeSo I had to go somewhere else to get the second key madeAnd pay in full completely out of

We ***d a new *** *** When we were going through the financials/contracts with the Finance Department, one of the many 'packages' we were offered, was the VSC or Vehicle Service Contract We were told that if we added this option and we returned the car (b/c of the ***) we could get a prorated amount back (about 1/since the VSC contract was for yrs & our *** was for about 3-1/yrs)
At the end of the ***, I got the contract & followed the instructions to get part of my purchase price refunded to me I mailed the required information to Tony Nissan
months later, I wrote another letter because I did not hear from them at all A few days after I mailed the 2nd letter, Tony Nissan called They said they refunded the amount to Nissan
1-Why did it take months & a follow up letter to get back to me? Not good customer service at all!
2-Why was the check given to Nissan? and not the customer?

I *supposedly* closed a deal today--to include with the salesman, floor manager, and general manager We agreed on an "OTD" (OTD) price IN WRITING I signed the agreement, then left to pick up my wife and a check When I came back, the supposed "floor manager" (Cal D.) tried to jack up the price by another 6%I met with the supposed "general manager" (Mike D.), and he just said sorry, no can do Absolutely dishonest Maybe they made a mistake, but a deal is a deal--the fact that they could back out of it without blinking is simply stunning I'm hoping they'll realize how bad this is and call me back, but I'm not holding my breath Yes, I do have a photo of the original negotiation paperwork with my initials next to Mike DeMello's approved offer

improper service to Murano Brought car in for oil change/tire rotation on 01/26/(Thursday) During the weekend, noticed garage floor getting covered with oil Determined that oil leak from engine was caused by (technicians) during service Prior to service, engine was not leaking oil and garage floor was clean of any oil stains/puddles Bringing car back on Monday for recheck Hopefully problem will be resolved I am hesitant about buying another car from Tony dealership because I've had poor customer service in the past I will submit another review or complaint after my car is service

My Husband and I went to this dealership looking for a vehicle better suited for our familyWe met with a sales person and spent a couple of hours giving our information and choosing the vehicle we wanted we left with two options 1) another consigner or 2) a larger down paymentWe decided to go with option We submitted all of the necessary information and the information of my vehicle we were wanting to trade inWe were approved and my husband was asked to come and fill out all the paperwork and pay the down paymentafter a few more hours a final price was agreed on he signed the paperwork and we had our first car payment set upThe only thing left to do was to send out paperwork for our consigner to fill out, which we were told would be overnighted the next dayWe spent the following week checking with our family member every day to see if the paperwork had made it, it never didBy day four my husband made several attempts to contact someone at tony Nissan but was left with no responseI finally called myselfI was told that we were no longer approved and that they made a mistake thinking we were trading in another vehicleI was upset and asked what can be done to fix this as we have been waiting for this car with the mind set that I would be driving it a week agoI was put on hold several timesThen I was told that our down payment had actually been sent back to usI told them this was terrible customer service and I wanted to find a way to right this wrong as we paid money and wasted so much timeI was then told we could possibly be put in another vehicle but we wouldn't know until the next dayI later called to speak to a managerI was put on hold briefly then a woman asked my name when I told her who I was she put me on hold again then told me everyone was busyMy sister called for me and was connected with a manager right awayI then spoke to the manager who knew who I was and was told I could not get help and that it was unfortunate but nothing could be doneThe manager put me on hold to inquire about our down payment when he came back on the line he told me the check was not even prepared yet! Shortly there after he said he would get our check situated by pm so we could pick up our moneyShortly after my husband got off of work and called the sales person we delt with he asked to speak to the manager again to ask about the check and we were told he had gone home for the dayminutes later the manager calls me and says that he had not left the office and that our check was not ready and that they would try to prepare it the next dayThe miscommunication and lies are outrageousTerrible way to do business and keep our money without even communicating with us everythingI am so disappointed with this entire situationAnd I am still waiting for our money back
