On feb20, 2020 I ordered sk tools they took money right away off my card, got email saying my stuff would ship in two weeks that time frame came and gone I called they said it was on back ordered til mid march called march13th got run around so I casncelled order instead of putting money back on card they charged it again even tho I cancelled order.k
We received payment of $62.29 for an online order placed on 02/20/20. The tools ordered were backordered and had to be ordered in from the vendor.
On 3/13/20 a full refund of $62.29 was issued since the product had still not yet arrived or shipped.
The customer reached out to us on 03/17/2020 advising we had double charged the credit card instead of issuing a credit. We do not retain full card data on our end and the system is set up to only allow refunds to be processed to original charges. Any additional charges to a customer’s account would require us to input the card data again. This prevents the accidental double charging that is claimed in this case.
Although our system is set up to prevent this, we did investigate both the ERP side as well with the card processor. Both systems indicate the transaction done on 03/13/2020 was, in fact, a refund and not an accidental double charge.
I emailed the customer on 03/17/2020 with screenshot evidence of both systems showing the credit and advised them to reach out to their bank if they were processing it differently.
As of today, 03/23/2020, I have not heard a response back.
All evidence on our end indicates the customer was properly refunded and our company has retained no funds from the original transaction.

Complete trash company. Please order elsewhere. These people do not return emails, do not give tracking #'s, nothing. Placed an order on 2 "in stock" items on 11/2/19, it is now 11/18/19 and still no response, or tools. I have sent multiple emails and have not gotten a response about my order. Avoid at all costs. Dont be tricked by their cheap prices.
(3) tools were purchased on 30 June 2019 from this vendor along with FEDEX Ground shipping for a total of $127.42. The vendor stated the order would ship in 1-2 weeks (so by 14 JUL 2019). The order confirmation was the only communication ever received from the vendor. No shipment confirmation, no backorder or delayed shipment email. I emailed [email protected] on 26 JUL 2019 to inquire about the items and received no response, and then on 4 AUG 2019, I emailed [email protected] to find out what was going on or when I might receive the order, but still no response as of today, 11 AUG 2019. I tried calling a few times but there was no answer or I was outside their normal business hours. I ordered through tooldiscounter to save some money off Amazon and since I was willing to sacrifice delayed delivery, but as much as I'd like to order from Amazon now and have it arrive in two days, I don't want to end up with a second set of tools I don't need and not get a refund or be able to return or cancel the order.

I I ordered 2 items that I needed one of and a spare. I expected it within 2 weeks as agreed aprox. 3 weeks I called them and asked where the product is.They stated that it was at least a week or more before they were going to get them in. I didn't want to wait any longer knowing that in 2 weeks they could still be waiting for it. I asked for a full refund 3 days ago amount $31.41. I expect a full refund not a 15 percent restocking fee because I never received any goods from them. I have all the emails if you need them to prove all of this. I called them and they said that the money is out of their account 3 days ago but nothing is even pending in my account as of right now

I placed an order November 26th 2018 for an item with their online store www.tooldiscounter,com. The item I purchased showed in stock according to their website. After placing the order I received an email that the estimated ship date was November 28th. On 12/9/2018 I emailed the company informing them that I had not received the item and had no shipping information and would like to cancel the order if it had not yet shipped. The company did not respond to this email. The item arrived on December 26th. It wasnt shipped out until December 23rd AFTER I had emailed them telling them I no longer needed or wanted the item as I had ordered it from another company. On Jan 10th 2019 a representative from the company emailed me asking why I returned the item. I responded explaining to him the same thing I just wrote.
I disputed the charges with my credit card company and they sent tracking information showing the item was shipped. They neglected to mention the item was returned and they acknowledged the return of the item via email in any of the information they supplied to my credit card company. I refused the package so there is no return shipping information, just the email they sent asking why the item was returned which they never responded to.
After receiving the complaint, the customer was contacted by us by phone.
A credit was issued for the amount of the transaction, $285.70.
Documentation of both the credit approval to the card and our credit memo are attached.
I placed an online order for 8 items totaling $281.57 (including shipping of $18.18) and on 1/20/2018. Their website shows most orders are shipped within 24 hours. It has been 17 days now since the order was placed and nothing has arrived. The Merchant's website does not show the order has even shipped, however, they immediately charged my credit card once the order was placed. I sent an email to customer service 3 days ago, but still no reply back (I was inquiring about the status of my order).

The customer is correct in saying that he ordered 8 items. On one of the items that he ordered, ESP180, our inventory was not correct.
We had to obtain this item to complete the order.
The order was shipped complete on 2/7/18 on our invoice number ***. The FedEx tracking number was ***. It was delivered on 2/8/18.
We certainly apologize if the customer did not receive correspondence from us about the expected ship date of his order. We strive to answer emails from our customers promptly.
We are also sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
