Dear Better Business, I have reached out to the [redacted]s multi times along with the distributor and explained the issue.  The distributor stated that the homeowner needs to have a humidifier in their home.  This is not a requirement but hardwood moves in different seasons which...

causes expands and contracts.   htt://[redacted].aspx The homeowner and [redacted], the installer said he was having issues with his nail gun which was just found out.  We have order metal locators and will secure the floor in areas that may need it.  We have also ordered in Dri-tack that will also attach the floor. We are hoping to hear back from the [redacted]s to resolve this by the end of May.  As you can see this is the correspondence below.  The homeowner and I have been in touch, but the manufacture would not help or send a inspection representative based on no humidifier.  I could not fill out paperwork to submit in order to complete a claim. We scheduled a technician to come out May 23, 2016. Apparently, the Revdex.com complaint was filed the same day we were notified of the issue. We are working to resolve the complaint.
