Busey Bank

I would like to share the poor customer service practices
of this company and my experience. I called Busey Bank and asked if they service cash advances on a prepaid debit card which they obviously do being a credited bank the representative said yes of course. I arrived at the zuhmbel location in st.charles missouri and presented my identification along with my debit card as I was proceeding to explain how much money I would like withdrawl from my debit card along with any fees that would be included with the service provided. Ms kuhl was extreamly rude to me and denied any service to me. there was no merit at all that would coincide why MS *** to be so rude and unprofessional. She asked me to go to another bank and denied any service to be provided to me. I did not ask for a manager. I just wanted to make a complaint formally as I know this was extremely unprofessional.
