My husband and I came to your establishment for the very first time, on Thursday July 6th around five O'clock pmWhile being shown to our table, the hostess stood in front of the door to the patio, where we requested to be seated, and had a full conversation with a customer who was leavingWe were then seated at a small table for two, right by the door, and surrounded by other patronsThere were several available seats, rather than sitting us right on top of everyone elseOur server came to take our drink order, and we ordered appetizers as wellAfter finishing our appetizers and drinks, our server was nowhere to be found, so we put the little sign up on the edge of the table, just so we could place our order When we asked our server if the entree we were looking at would be enough for us to share with a few sides, she treated us as if we were vagrantsWhen the food came, the gentleman who brought it out to us asked how we like our filetWe said rareHe then advised us to take it off the burning skillet ourselvesBy this time, the filet was already well doneWe were trying to ask for tortillas and plates, but he had to come back to our table three times, because he wouldn't stand and listen to what we were requestingAlmost as if he was in such a hurry, and we were not important in the leastMy husband and I started eating our dinner, and our drinks were emptyWe sat the little sign up at the edge of the table again, as to get our server's attentionFOUR different servers passed by our table, which had the little sign up, and no one stopped to see what we neededFinally, after we finished our meal, another server came by our table and asked what we neededAt this point, we were so frustrated, that we just asked for the checkWe spent $in your establishment, for food that was less than satisfactory, and gave our server a $tip, despite the fact that this service was the worst service we've ever hadWe eat out quite often, and love to try new placesUnfortunately, This was the first, and the last time we will ever enter your establishmentVery disappointed, and will not recommend to anyone
