After discussing the issues identified in your complaint and discussing the contents of the dispute in detail with both parties it appears you acquired a second vehicle and only notified DSD Insurance. DSD Insurance then increased it billing to Bush Leasing and the business paid the Insurance bill in a timely fashion. It is unclear when you notified Bush Leasing when the second vehicle was acquired in order for it to have knowledge that it was paying insurance for two vehicles rather than one vehicle. In this regard; Revdex.com requests you provide the following information: 1. Did you acquire a 2nd vehicle? 2. The date this vehicle was acquired and the name of the person and/dealership the vehicle was purchased. 3. The date you notified the insurance company that you added the second vehicle 4. The date and method you used to notify Bush Leasing that you had acquired the 2nd vehicle 5. A copy of the lease agreement to include the method of Bush Leasing was required to reimburse DSD Insurance for insurance coverage on either one of both vehicles. No further action will be taken in regards to your complaint until this information is received. Please feel free to contact me should you have questions regarding this matter. Thanking you in advance for your prompt response to this matter.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[redacted] kept explaining he has been paying my bills and I had to pay in full in 45 days  or he will repossess the truck.  This is when I explained who can make a payment for 2 years of errors in full with an amount over $4000.00 in 45 days.  This is when [redacted] explained I have been paying your bills.   Not my problem.  He never was willing to take any responsibility of the Error Bush Leasing made.    I originally financed the Workhorse with Bush for over $13000.00 When Workhorse was paid in full this is when they found the error of non payment of insurance.  I understand I do owe this money due to an error on Bush Accounting. I wasn't aware  my insurance wasn't being paid for 2 years nor did Bush Leasing know insurance wasn't being paid for two years.  I wasn't aware I couldn't add a vehicle to my insurance policy when I purchased my Sprinter Van.  All payments were settled between Bush, Lance and Allstate.  IBO never sends a payment for insurance to Bush, Allstate this payment comes out of settlements from [redacted].   Bush never made contact to explain to me the insurance wasn't being paid until the Workhorse was suppose to be released to me due to lease being paid in full.  I never was invoiced or sent payments to Bush personally.  This company is ruining my business name and my personal credit.  If you look at my credit I have never not paid on any of my loans or allowed anything to go back to any company!
Regards,
[redacted]

Re: ID [redacted] This correspondence is in response to the letter of complaint we received regarding [redacted]. We discovered there was a problem with Mr. [redacted] insurance account somewhere around March 2015. This issue was brought to Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] attention on 4/28/2015, The [redacted] disputed the suggested premium increase and delinquency amount at that time. Upon further investigation, it was discovered that in July of 2013, the [redacted] added (on their own accord) an additional non-Bush owned vehicle to their policy. They did not alert Bush Truck Leasing of this change, causing the premium through DSD Insurance to increase from $46.66 per week to $91.85 per week. Mr. [redacted] continued to remit $46.66 per week to Bush Truck Leasing on behalf of his policy through DSD insurance while Bush Truck Leasing remitted the increased premium amount of $91.85. When Mr. [redacted] was questioned about this non-Bush vehicle, he admitted that he did in fact add it to the policy and did not notify Bush Truck Leasing of this change. On 8/24/2015, the [redacted] had still not made any payments towards the delinquency that was first brought to their attention on 4/28/2015; Bush extended a final offer of an additional 45 day payment plan to settle the debt. This plan was immediately refused and they recommended we repossess the truck then. They informed us that the truck was not in running condition and had been sitting at their location. If you have any questions, please contact me. Sincerely, [redacted]
