After discussing the issues identified in your complaint and discussing the contents of the dispute in detail with both parties it appears you acquired a second vehicle and only notified DSD InsuranceDSD Insurance then increased it billing to Bush Leasing and the business paid the Insurance bill in a timely fashionIt is unclear when you notified Bush Leasing when the second vehicle was acquired in order for it to have knowledge that it was paying insurance for two vehicles rather than one vehicleIn this regard; Revdex.com requests you provide the following information: Did you acquire a 2nd vehicle? Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [redacted] kept explaining he has been paying my bills and I had to pay in full in days or he will repossess the truck This is when I explained who can make a payment for years of errors in full with an amount over $in days This is when [redacted] explained I have been paying your bills Not my problem He never was willing to take any responsibility of the Error Bush Leasing made I originally financed the Workhorse with Bush for over $When Workhorse was paid in full this is when they found the error of non payment of insurance I understand I do owe this money due to an error on Bush AccountingI wasn't aware my insurance wasn't being paid for years nor did Bush Leasing know insurance wasn't being paid for two years I wasn't aware I couldn't add a vehicle to my insurance policy when I purchased my Sprinter Van All payments were settled between Bush, Lance and Allstate IBO never sends a payment for insurance to Bush, Allstate this payment comes out of settlements from [redacted] *** Bush never made contact to explain to me the insurance wasn't being paid until the Workhorse was suppose to be released to me due to lease being paid in full I never was invoiced or sent payments to Bush personally This company is ruining my business name and my personal credit If you look at my credit I have never not paid on any of my loans or allowed anything to go back to any company! [redacted] Truck#: [redacted] 8/17/– Mr [redacted] assumed an active truck lease after completing lease contracts.8/26/– Mr [redacted] delivered truck to vendor for repairs to Dozier valve and a basic P.M Service11/30/– Mr [redacted] delivered truck to vendor for the following repairs: Clean DPF, Passenger side cab air bag, red airline replacement12/22/– Mr [redacted] delivered the truck to the vendor and on his own accord abandoned the truck at the vendor defaulting on remaining lease obligations The Bush Truck Leasing Fleet Maintenance team spoke with each repairing vendor representatives and ensured that the truck was deemed safe and sufficient for the road, prior to Mr [redacted] picking up the truck by a certified mechanic trained to work on that equipment.In each occurrence the truck went to the shop for a different issueThe lease specifically stated that the unit was in AS IS condition with no implied warranty; however, Bush Truck Leasing did purchase the industries top extended warranty on the truck through National Truck Protection Platinum coverage that the lessee inherited upon assuming the lease The repairs that were performed on the unit were not covered by the NTP provided extended warranty and the responsibility of the Lessee as per his lease purchase maintenance agreement
Re: ID [redacted] This correspondence is in response to the letter of complaint we received regarding [redacted] We discovered there was a problem with Mr [redacted] insurance account somewhere around March This issue was brought to Mrand Mrs [redacted] attention on 4/28/2015, The [redacted] disputed the suggested premium increase and delinquency amount at that timeUpon further investigation, it was discovered that in July of 2013, the [redacted] added (on their own accord) an additional non-Bush owned vehicle to their policyThey did not alert Bush Truck Leasing of this change, causing the premium through DSD Insurance to increase from $per week to $per weekMr [redacted] continued to remit $per week to Bush Truck Leasing on behalf of his policy through DSD insurance while Bush Truck Leasing remitted the increased premium amount of $When Mr [redacted] was questioned about this non-Bush vehicle, he admitted that he did in fact add it to the policy and did not notify Bush Truck Leasing of this changeOn 8/24/2015, the [redacted] had still not made any payments towards the delinquency that was first brought to their attention on 4/28/2015; Bush extended a final offer of an additional day payment plan to settle the debtThis plan was immediately refused and they recommended we repossess the truck thenThey informed us that the truck was not in running condition and had been sitting at their location.If you have any questions, please contact meSincerely, [redacted]
