But for the security of the next customers** *** ***, must be honestHe is a liar when he said that this complain was unfair and frivolous, the refund was issued days after my cancellation (and after a tons of emails), and I cancelled my order after days because** *** was apparently too busy with his taxes !
** ***, your taxes are not the business of your customers, when you charge a credit card you have to do your job on time.
So please, don't act like a victim, you didn't do your job and a lot of customers can tell it !

Complaint ID*** was filed by*** *** from France Right after ordering a ukulele from us, she cancelled it We issued the refund immediately upon request During the hours while she was waiting on the refund, she filed this complaint with the Revdex.com
This complaint was unfair and frivolous as we issued the refund immediately upon the customer's request, and this is after she cancelled the order for no reason - we were in the process of shipping Ukuleles must be setup to play correctly this takes a few days sometimes We were giving her fast service just not fast enough apparently

I have dealt with Bushman several times over the years and have always been pleased with their products and service. I have six Bushman Delta Frost harmonics and all have lived up to the company advertising and my expectations. When a question about an order arose the CEO called me to clarify the question. Nice people, good company.
