Review: I purchased new construction house from [redacted] of Friendship Beach Land Inc in August 2012. At closing there were items that were not completed and [redacted] agreed to complete after closing. In the past ten months he fixed a few of the issues but there has been more issues since then. [redacted] has not responded to any communication in at least 4 months.Some of the major issues include - -Dishwasher needs to be replaced. Doesnt fit in cabinet and door is dented-Hardwood floors are warped and creak all the time-Front porch is sinking because there is no footings-cracks in bathroom tiles-cracks in bedroom ceiling.Desired Settlement: I have estimates for approximately $10,000 to complete all of the issues with my house. I would like Friendship beach to either come and fix all of the issues or pay another contractor so that all of the work is done correctly
