Bush's Inc.

I read the previous reviews and almost didn't go to Bush's, but I did and I had a very good experience. I have not made my selection yet, but I will return. [redacted] and [redacted] were very helpful and eager to provide information and guide me towards making a selection that would meet my needs. I thought I was ready to leave and [redacted] began explaining to me the differences between products and the benefits of one over the other without forcing her opinions on me. I learned a great deal and I have been to three other fireplace dealers - one was pushing a high priced unit and never told who the manufacturer was or the warranty, BYU's, etc. Another place, the clerk could hardly stand still and explain anything to me - no interest in answering my questions or selling their products to me - he had one foot heading toward the office.

I am looking forward to taking my wife back to Bush's to make a selection of a direct gas insert for my wood burning fireplace. This is a big expense and they understand that and are interested in my satisfaction.

The lesson is don't let one bad reviewer sway you too much - be cautious and give someone a chance.
