emails to my spam folder because of the amount of junk mail from Revdex.com that we have received in the past. I did some research and found that one of my employees did open the original email from you guys but forgot to inform me. A phone call would have been nice. Also you have my wife as the contact on the letter she typically only works in the office one day a week. As well you have our old address, we moved over a year ago. In future correspondence regarding issues of this nature could you please send them to my attention? Contact information listed below. In addition I would ask that this complaint be reopened so we can respond. I take great pride in my business and the great team that I work with on a daily basis. We have served the Valley for nearly thirteen years and have yet to have a· complaint. My last conversation with client was on November 8th 2016 and she told me she didn't want to discuss this situation anymore. Dear Revdex.com,I am rejecting T[redacted] Motor's response to my complaint for a very simple reason. I attempted to resolve this issue with Mr. Tanner, as I stated in my original letter of complaint to the Revdex.com, for over a month and was ignored. I spoke with Mr. T[redacted] once to attempt to resolve this issue in September after my original repair was done at his shop, he said he would get back to me the following Monday and I didn't hear from him despite calling him and leaving multiple messages with his service manager, Derrick and also on his voicemail. The day after I filed my complaint with the Revdex.com, Mr. T[redacted] called me back and had numerous excuses for not calling me back when he had said he would and made me feel as though I had made the mistakes with not getting all the recommended repairs done for my car. I reiterated to Mr. T[redacted] that the I brought my car to his business for a specific issue, and that both repairs that were done had nothing to do with the issue I had brought it in for. It didn't matter what I said in my conversation with Mr. T[redacted] on November 8, 2016 to attempt to resolve the issue, he made me feel like I was in the wrong. It was very disheartening and demeaning. I just wanted Mr. T[redacted] to do the right thing and fix my car for the original issue I brought it in for, but like I said, my conversation with him never got to that point. Thank you for your time.
