Bushwick Express Lube

Review: I took my car to this car wash and noticed (on site) while my car was left to dry that scratches were on my vehicle. I called over one of the workers who ended up not speaking much english and he told me that "they did not do this to my car." My vehicle is less than two weeks old and after receiving a car wash at this location I have scratches on the hood of my car, the trunk, and left sides of my car. I spoke to the manager who goes by the name of Baba and he told me that my car "was that way" and that they "never scratch cars." He did not offer any remedy and just completely lied to my face. This is a terrible car wash and I will not return to them. Not only did they create cosmetic damage to my car which I now have to get repainted because it cannot be buffed out, but they blamed their carelessness on me. This is unacceptable.Desired Settlement: I would like them to pay for the cosmetic damage done to my vehicle meaning pay for any color corrections that I have to complete on my vehicle to correct the damage they have done.
