Review: on 4/**/2015 I brought 4 pieces of clothing (2 shirts, 1 dress, 1 pant) to be dry cleaned. I went back to pick up the clothing roughly 2 weeks later. The [redacted] named [redacted] stated that I had already picked up the order and that he did not have any orders for me. I still had the reciept in my possession and found it odd that everytime that I had previously picked up my ordered they always took the reciept after payment of service. [redacted] claimed that my wife picked up the order, which is not the case because she had never picked up any orders. I ask for him to show me coming in and actually picking clothing on the day he stated that I picked it up. He said that his recording had timed out and he could not see that day. [redacted] tried to confuse me by telling that my wife picked up the order and then he said that she picked up 2 items from the order, but she denies this and he can not show me when this took place. I told him that I would go check to see if maybe I had forgot about picking up the order and see if it was in my home. I still to this day do not have this order and this business on several occasions has refused to proof to me that I have received the clothing that I dropped off. I told him that this was unacceptable and that I believed that he gave the order to the wrong individual. He said that was not the case so I asked how do I still have the reciept from the original order. I continued to bring clothing to be dry cleaned and do business with this business because I had faith that we would come a resolution. After several attempts to resolve the matter [redacted] kept blowing me off and never called me to give me any sort of conclusion. The order contained at least $240 worth of clothing that I want to be reimbured for.Desired Settlement: I want to be reimbursed by the business for the items that have been misplaced. 1 dress shirt is for my work uniform a cufflink dress shirt worth $55, 1 dress shirt worth $69, 1 pants worth $70, one dress worth $40. Until [redacted] can show me picking up the merchandise from his business I feel that he owes me for the clothing that I left at his business.
