We have refunded this customers subscription renewalIt is clear when customers sign up for our Bluebook service that it is a recurring subscription, but we can understand how people can forget about thesethe Bluebook service will not renew, and is no longer active
We have resolved this issue and refunded this user the $charge billed for the BluebookWe have since updated our terms of service regarding the monthly charges
