I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved becausewhen I first applied was in 05/**/and I spoke with MrStratos M***, on the *** I spoke via email with Jordan H***, I sent all the required documents via email to MrStratos, I spoke to him again on May ***,and I didn't talk to him anymore until MrMay *** that MrDevin T*** sent me an email asking some questions after that we didn't talk until 06/*/2015, I did not hear anything from him until 06/** when I sent him a email asking what had happened with the loan, on 06/** he said that he should have an answer by Tuesday, I did not hear from him until 06/** when I sent him again another email asking what happened, he saud that he was still working on my file, on 06/** I sent him another email, he said that I was approved for $15000, I sent recent bank statements like he required, and after that he said that the company backed off, and that I was not longer approved, whe I told him that I was going to file a complaint to Revdex.com then he texted me and said that he found me another Merchant but that the loan was only for $6000, I said ok is not the amount I needed but it was ok, then is when all this game started, they sent me the contract I signed it and sent it back to him, on June ***, he sent me an email requesting me to provide my personal internet banking, he sent me a link were I was supposed to enger that personal information which was ID log in and password from my bank accountI said I was not going to do that, and he said that the Merchant wanted to verify if the bank account was real, I told him that if they wanted to find that out they can call the bank, they just refuse to do that, I got a phone call from different people from MrDevin's office one phone call was from his supervisor and I said the same thing, I was not going to provide with that informatiom, after that I got a phone call from this *** *** ***, this was the Merchant tnat was supposed to loan me the money, her name is Kaitlyn M***, telling me that she was going to send me a link were I can log in with my bank information so they can verify the bank account, when I open the link is *** this link is a social network, then she said that I will need to have two phone interviews.MrDevin was sending me text messages almost every day from his cell phone asking me to give him another chance, that he was going to have serious consecuenc with his bossI personally don't think that this Company is serious and professional and I also made that clear to MrDavini also requested to stop sending me texts and to distroy my filei have all the emails and all the text messages from MrDevin and the other people.es [Your Answer Here]

Review: I sent a business loan application like a month ago, their advertising says Bad credit ok, my credit is not that good, they said answer will be fast, It's being almost a month, and still have no answer all I got is I'm working on it I will call you as soon as I have something for you, three days pass and the same answer.They are not serious, is not true that they work with people with bad credit.If they knew they weren't able to work with me they shouldn't tell me the same day a sent application and don't make me wait almost a month, and as of today 06/**/2015 I'm still have no answer.Desired Settlement: Specify the score credit they are able to work with, and don't let people wIt and wait for an answer and get all the financial I formation to maybe sell it to another lender.

Review: Received numerous computer calls from Business Bounce each week. They state that they have reviewed my account and that I'm qualified for a business loan. When I try to ask the representative questions like what account have you reviewed and what information do you have, the representative hangs up.

I finally was able to call their office and got to speak to someone and they indicated that no account was reviewed, it's part of their marketing scheme.

This is misrepresentation to the caller and they should not be able to inform callers that they have reviewed their accounts, especially with all the identify thief going on these days (which we have experienced ourselves).Desired Settlement: The company should be stopped from using this form of marketing and not be allowed to state they have reviewed your financial accounts, when in fact they didn't, as a ploy to talk with you. This probably should be referred to the local DA office for investigation.

Review: On July [redacted] we entered into an agreement with [redacted] of Business Bounce for a renewal on business financing, in the email I received from [redacted] regarding the funding of the renewal is this quote "Also the investor has only a2% fee on renewals all other fee are waived, we also waived our $50 processing fee for you. ". After the funding of the renewal it came to light that not only did they retain the 2% fee but also deducted a $399.00 fee that per his statement was to be waived. I have contacted [redacted] on 3 occasions regarding this mater and as of this date the mater has not been resolved with first contact being on the [redacted] of July, next on the [redacted] of July and lastly on the [redacted] of August. As of the last contact the mater was to be cleared up with 3 - 4 business days it has now been 2 full weeks.Desired Settlement: Refund of the $399.00

Review: They use an automated system (comes up at BizLoans) to call us multiple times per day. When asking to be removed from the calling list, they do not comply, and when I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was told "there isn't one". When I pleaded that it's imperative we were removed because it affects our business, he would not send me a written document stating we were removed, and that we would not be called again and hung up on me. Since then, we're still receiving anywhere between 7-10 calls per week from BizLoans and being connected to Business Bounce.

We had previously resolved an issue with [redacted], and they also use the BizLoans automated line, and it took 3 weeks to be removed from their system, yet Business Bounce still hasn't taken us off.Desired Settlement: To no longer have interrupting phone calls for business services we have not requested and never will request. These predatory loans are not something that would benefit any business, let alone an already successful one.
