I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.
Business by Experts never had a meeting with us in regards to filing our taxes for 2016. They had filed our taxes for the 2015 year and the taxes that they wanted us to file for the year of 2016 were in no way even remotely close to the correct way it should have been done. We assumed they would complete our taxes in accordance with the 2015 tax forms but Business by Experts chose to complete our taxes in the way they seemed fit and it is in no way the correct way. They chose to do this with out any prior consultation. We are currently having to have another CPA firm redo all of our paper work in order to have it done correctly. Business by Experts also failed to file an extension for one of the companies and now we are accruing penalties for their mistake and then not being up to date on current tax laws. We want a full refund of all fees paid for the calendar year of 2016 for both companies. We only received paperwork for the 1-3 quarters for Happy Amusements back in Sept after having to repeatedly ask for it. The above mentioned paperwork was wrong also. He sent us an improperly completed tax form for 2016 that we are having to have redone entirely due to the many errors in it.

Complete fabrication. This client yelled and cursed over the phone so we denied future services. Therefore, he is throwing a temper tantrum.
