Review: I recently applied for an on-line loan for $5000.00 through Business Capital Direct LLC. The next day I was called by [redacted] who said I was approved for the loan stating I send them 3 months of payments in the amount of 463.17. I sent this money via Western Union with extra fees added due to sending it to Canada. I sent the money to Windsor Ontario, Canada to one [redacted]. I was guaranteed money on Saturday the [redacted]. The money was not in my account that day. On Monday, November I was informed that I was to send another 350.00 for insurance since I was on disability. I sent that money again to to Windsor Ontario, Canada to [redacted] again. I was also charged extra funds equaling 40.00 for one transaction and 28.00 for the second transaction since it was being sent to Canada. I had talked to [redacted] at least 50 times since Friday, November *-November *, 2013. He will no longer take any of my phone calls and refuses to return phone calls regarding the transactions I have made to receive the money owed to me. He even hangs up on me when I ask to many questions. He has guaranteed me my money on multiple times and to this date I have not received any of the funds guaranteed to me.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the money rendered to this company along with pain and suffering due to my mental health. Also, that they are investigated and not allowed to do this to anyone else.

Review: I applied for a loan with Business Capital Direct and did the paper work for the loan faxed it and then!!!!!!!!! [redacted]) ther is also a [redacted] there. So he tells me instead of the $891.60 to get this done he only wants $720.00 and to western express it which I did. Then he calls me this a.m. ansking for $430 for brokerage and customs at that point I said no. He has told me it will take 14 days to get my money back. Now I know it is a fraund for sure.I have all the corresponding paper work including the money transfer to [redacted] of [redacted]. they phone numbers are ###-###-#### fax is ###-###-#### as well as a landline ###-###-####. I will also be taking the form from the Attorney General and file a complaint there!!!!Desired Settlement: My $762.00 back and the fraundulant business folks like [redacted] and [redacted] are charged!!!!!!!If they can be caught!!!!
