I received a "Certificate of Status" certified and sealed from the State of Florida on 14APR20 indicating that all fees had been paid through 12/31/2020. I then received a "2020 CERTIFICATE OF STATUS REQUEST FORM" Notice Date: 4/15/2020 from BUSINESS CERTIFICATE SERVICES. I'm glad I took the time to do a little research and save myself $67.25 If you read the fine print, you will see "This is not a government agency"
I hope this helps someone. They are not the only SCAMMERS out there.
complete scam they charge you 67.25 acting like they are a real company please do not fall for it this is a complete SCAM. you should not be paying for this
We just got scammed $67.25 by this company.
Why the police or FBI don't go after them and arrest the scammers????
Attempted to extort $67.25 out of our business immediately after filing our LLC with the state of Florida. Sent us a very official-looking document from:

Titled
2020 Certificate of Status Request Form
Included a Document Number and our business name and address in full, a bar code, on yellow/tan paper, and then in very small font, the smallest on the entire form:
This is not a government agency
It was also suspicious they needed our email and phone if they're contacting us about our business we registered with them, since they should have that - obviously asking for it so they can further harass us for more money.
Really appreciate Revdex.com being first result on this scam operation. I would love if Florida could pass a law to have the FL Sec of State hunt down and shut down scams like this proactively regardless of the next 10 iterations scammers come up with.
I wish I had looked this company up! I fell for it thinking they were going to process my 2020 Sales Certificate . Instead I lost out of 67.25.
When I called they were very vague and then I received this "certificate" stating that I had paid my 2019 fees to them. It basically just confirmed my business is legit. What a fool I was. The "certificate " looks like an amateur copy- note it arrived after I called.

Just received the document and serching for accuracy found out its a SCAM requesting 67.25. Thanks for the Revdex.com to inform of this. Take this scammers out of business !
