I signed up with the claims center for there service on 11/4/My initial contact was ***, he sold me on all these things they do getting you on up to search engines etc., focusing on the physical area you choose and your area of expertise I paid $initially plus $per month(the monthly premium is to keep adding you to, and correcting your business information on sites at a rate of about ten sites a month according to themAs of today, 1/5/2017, I have contacted them or times with little or no helpI have spoken with *** on 11/22/16, *** on 11/29/and *** today(1/5/2017)and ask for a call from her supervisor, whom she referred to as *** They have yet to get me to pull up on "Google" or "Yahoo" with the key words I gave themTheir contract says I will get a call or email report every days(didn't happen)I have continually searched the web and made my own corrections, business claims, etcmyself since getting involved with themI have been in business as a Licensed General Contractor since September of and have done very well, I was just trying to get more access and exposure for my businessThis has been a TOTAL waste of my money and time, and in my opinion they are nothing but crooks/scammers! Whatever you do, don't waste your money with this company or people!
