Business Class Consolidator

Polina Malchevska Is an absolutely useless travel agent.
I’ve used her services twice and on both occasions found problems
We had a flight booked from Dallas to Honolulu (family of 4) and she books my daughters on a totally different connecting flight.
When contacting her about this she simply shods us off and says we need to contact Alaska Airlines directly- it’s seems once she has been paid all responsible falls away!

I highly recommend that you do not use her!

My business requires me to travel all of the time, and I always work with BCC to make
my travel arrangements. On a recent trip, I was scheduled to fly from NC to Australia; my
itinerary is always changing, and 5 hours before my flight I had to contact BCC to request that
my flight be changed to the next day. They had no problem accommodating this request, and
they always go above and beyond to help their customers, which is why they are always my first choice for booking airline tickets.
