I am so extremely disappointed at the business practices of this agency We did have a debt placed with them and we worked so hard to pay it off timely and in fact were able to pay it off well before it was expected We never missed a payment We are now looking at purchasing a home and have called to ask if they could remove this old debt we have paid The owner at first attempted to lie and say he was unable, when we assured him that we know other wise he flat out refused This could have resulted in a positive review of a business that I realize is not in the easiest of businesses Unfortunate that there was an opportunity to create a mutually engaging customer experience with which I would have been very happy to recommend That is not the case I will recommend anyone to use a different agency
