Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The person I spoke to did not explain anything about the mailings in a day period I kept asking how he could remove me from the mailing list without verifying my mailing address, and he would not explain I want assurance that I will be permanently removed from this businesses' mailing list and not be included on any future 90-day mailing cycle.Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Thank you for the explanation and the apology I want to be permanently removed from any mailing lists from your company I would NEVER do business with a company that sells professional answering services, that treated me so unprofessionally in dealing with a simple request to be removed from mailing list Sincerely, [redacted]

A) Yesterday via this format + today on Facebook I informed Ms [redacted] that there would be a maximum of mailers during days B) Our representative wrote down Ms [redacted] 's address - [redacted] *** I admit, that our representative could have done a better job explaining about mailings over days while he was writing down her address and that he could have been kinder and more helpful C) Business Connections purchased the mailing list from a mailing list company and the address is ink jet printed on the 6" X 9" postcards D) We are still trying to locate the 3rd and final postcard that Ms [redacted] might receive, but there are over 100,postcards sitting on pallets E) As I stated earlier...in the event that I fail to locate the final postcard, kindly place in your recycling bin F) I have printed and taped the following note to the representatives computer monitor at his desk"Your own soul is nourished when you are kind; it is destroyed when you are cruel." - Proverbs 11: G) I apologize for negative feelings this has created and I'm hopeful all parties can move forward We at Business Connections will use this as a learning experience

We are marketing via direct mail (6" X 9") postcards. The maximum number of mailers someone will receive is three, over a day period. I will attempt to locate the 3rd postcard that the recipient might receive. We did write down the persons mailing address. However, there
are several thousand mailers and it might be difficult to locate the final postcard sitting on pallets with many others. In the event that I fail to locate the final postcard, kindly place in your recycling bin. Thank you for your time and understanding
