I originally reached out to SBAEASY for help with an SBA loan in late January Their employee Terri Clark returned my calls spoke to me several times then I purchased their product and she all but disappeared I never filled out their package as I coudlnt get the help they promised to do so I paid just under $dollars for something I never usedI emailed and asked for a refund do to poor customer service and the long refund process insued! I sent my first email on February 24, and as of today April 22, I have now been denied a refund I dont qualifiy because I didnt use their service I think it is very wrong their employess are not there to help you, you can not talk to anyone via phone I woud like to warren anyone out there thinking of useing this company to look again Their website 100% gaurentee but really it means they will 100% keep your money no matter what!
