I was approached by a representative from this company that promise me money for my vacation rental property in Mexico. Reluctantly, we sent $3628.00 to register to be able to sale/rent our property in Mexico. I have all the documentation from the wire transfer and all emails from the company and their partner “title company”. Needless to say they did not hold up their end of the contract and my money was never returned. They even thought that I would send even more money for some other type of “cost of doing business”. Now, no one answers the phone..... or emails. Imagine that. They even had the nerve to tell me that I was in breach of our contract and that they would have no choice but to turn me over to the credit bureaus and ruin my credit if I didn’t wire more money to Mexico.
Thank you for bringing your concerns to us, we apologize for any misunderstanding. In this case we would advice for you to contact the company you signed the actual contract with since they have all the legal documentation. Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because: I have received an email from my Vacation Club naming your company specifically in a scheme to fraudulently obtain money from their owners. I understand that a "title" company is involved. I also understand with this type of scheme, having two companies working together to commit the fraud makes it very likely and easy for one to place blame on the other, which is what is happening in this case.
Your company is where this originated.....made all the promises and did not come through. And again I will say, this company was specifically named as knowingly trying to and committing FRAUD. I only wish that I had received that email a bit sooner. The people working for you are very good salespeople and even better liars. I am not easily persuaded to give up money. I will not accept a response until my money is returned and hope that my complaint will be seen by future targets of your schemes.

We are very sorry you feel that way, we do not have your fund nor do we have to allow you to speak about it in this manner. Your vacation club can say a lot of things, they are enraged since they are losing business. But as mentioned before, please contact the company who has your funds (if venting makes you feel better, OK.) We DO NOT hold YOUR FUNDS, we DO NOT have your money, and we CAN NOT assist you any longer. Thank you.
