I am satisfied with the outcome, however, I have not received the refund, nor have I spoken to them as stated.
I requested for a check because I no longer bank with the financial institution they have on file. I would like to confirm they have processed the refund in a form of a check and to please provide the check number/date and total amount which should be $540.00. Also, they need to make sure it is sent to *** *** *** *** *** *** ** ***.

I was with the company for over a year. I miss understood the program and discovered that the one I had signed up for was not the original one I intended to do so. The program I signed up for did not include a guarantee so I feared I would not be refunded. I was originally told that I would but all I had was my word that I was promised a refund if I was not happy. In a day and age where "a handshake" is no longer honored and people are not "men of their word" I have found a company that reinstates these two beliefs from a time in history when that was all you needed. They refunded my money with out question and the process was very pleasant. I would purchase their product again in the future once my company is established and know that if it would not work out they would stand behind their promise.

I completed a purchase of the BBE (Business Builder Enterprise)package, AKA Credit Makeover Biz. I didn't think I had the time to make all the necessary applications, keep up with the timing of each app, while also keeping up w/ the payment schedules of each. Having said that, it's understood why I bought the WDIFY (we do it for you) piece of the program also. In today's business world, it is rare that you find a company who does exactly what they claim to do, but BBE is one of those companies. I did as much due diligence as humanly possible; but when dealing with only an online entity, you just never feel certain that you know what you're getting. Well, with this company, I got just what they advertised! The system works! They walked me thru what I needed to do; and they did what they said they would do...and they're affordable for practically any start-up. They even got started right away, while they set me up on a very affordable payment plan. Even the fee for them applying was able to be paid for over time. I'm happy...so happy in fact, that I am now planning to work thru them on the Corporate side to establish "cash accounts" for my company.
My biggest complaint is that my online "coach" wasn't much of a coach at all. He didn't seem to understand much of what I asked him; and I usually ended up repeating my questions in 3 different ways before getting one answer. That was quite annoying to say the least. He was neither knowledgable nor friendly; but for the most part, I was usually able to get responses/answers via email. I did review the company on their website, but wanted to review them via Revdex.com also, because this is where most people look for info 1st to see if a business is in good standing. I see some reviews here that I don't believe were here when I searched. Not sure what happened with those clients; but I'm telling you, from a natural skeptic...This Company Delivers!

We mailed a check for $540.00 to the address requested by the client.

This response Is In regards to complaint ID [redacted] that you received on April 11, 2014.
There were six times over the course of months that the client did not pay his payments to us on time.
Each time that a client does not pay his payments on time and we are doing the work...

for the client, the
work stops on the file because we were not paid. The work does not begin again until the client pays his
payment. Whenever clients don't pay on time, It makes the process take longer.
We are working on getting the client more credit to fulfill steps 1-5 which is what the client signed up
for. So far we have obtained $28,100 worth of business credit approvals. When we have completed our
work, the client will have over $50,000 In business credit approved.
As far as his request for us to do steps 6 -11, we don't do the work for our clients on steps 6 -11. We
have never offered that as a service. That is not something that we do or have ever done. However
those steps are laid out in great detail on the inside of our website which the client has full access to.
The client can read those steps and complete them himself, and if he has any questions he can contact
our coaching staff over live chat or the phone.

We’ve spoken with Steffanie Bush and explained the goal of the program. The program is meant to get
credit accounts from a variety of different companies even if no long term business relationship is
desired with that company. The reason for this is that these companies are...

willing to give credit to
businesses when no one else is yet willing to give them credit. This makes the credit with these
companies very valuable and necessary in the business credit building process. We understand that she
might not want to work with these vendors over and over which is fine. She just needs to get an initial
credit account established with these vendors.
We received an email from the client requesting a cancellation on April 10, 2014. We processed the
cancellation on April 10, 2014.
The client has been given a 100% full refund.

This response is in regards to complaint ID [redacted] that you received on April, 2014.
We called the client multiple times each time that she called our office, however the client never picked
up the phone when we called. We have phone records to prove that we made these calls....

Additionally
her voicemail was not set up, so we could not leave messages.
We received an email from the client requesting a cancellation on approximately April 16, 2014. We
processed the cancellation on April16, 2014. We sent an email to the client notifying the client of the
cancellation on Aprll16, 2014. This email did not bounce back. We also explained to the client In the
email that her credit card would not be charged. The client Is and always has been fully canceled from
the program. We have never charged her credit card.
This should fully handle this complaint.
