This company Bit Security is engaged in telemarketing to people who are on the "Do Not Call"Directory. They are pushy, aggresive and rude. Please look at the description above. This company Bit Security also known as Business Improvement Technologies has been doing extreme aggressive telephone telemarketing. They have called my number 25 times over the last two months. When they were told to stop they still continue to call. I want it stopped. These are not the kind of businesses that should be in the Revdex.com.Desired SettlementI do not want them calling my phone number either by the company itself or any hired company that are a company that does telemarketing for them.Business Response Contact Name and Title: [redacted]Contact Phone: XXXXXXXXXXContact Email: [redacted]@bitnc.comBusiness Improvement Technologies sells CCTV to commercial businesses and does use telemarketing, contracted through [redacted] LLC, as it's primary vehicle for sales. [redacted] a fully automated company has called Mr [redacted]'s business, [redacted]'s [redacted] & [redacted] in [redacted] - XXX-XXX-XXXX, to solicit it's CCTV system. While the number of calls is grossly exaggerated, they will be removed from the calling list this time through the area. [redacted] and BIT are both unaware of a commercial DO NOT CALL list. Our goal is not to harass any potential new customer and would be a complete waste of time for a business that has been around for 17 years and plans on continuing for many more years. BIT takes great pride in it's A+ Revdex.com rating and has no plans on jeopardizing that rating. We sincerely apologize for an inconvenience we have caused Mr [redacted]. My name is [redacted], President, and will gladly be available if Mr. [redacted] would like to give us any feed back on how we can do business better in the future. (XXX) XXX-XXXX.

Sales Representative stated that product not ours until: Installed, working to buyers satisfaction, Buyer given instructions on how to operate systemReceived marketing phone call wanting to set time for demonstration of security cameras. Appt date set for following week, March 24, 2014. Sales rep and technician showed up at appointed time. They demonstrated the camera system, while explaining, I specifically asked was there a trial time, 10 days, 30 days etc. Rep. advised me there was none. Once the system was installed, operational to my satisfaction, and instructions were given me on how to operate. System was mine. Then technician started installing the equipment, and quoted a price of approximately $182.00 for three cameras. As he was installing, he gave me a contract and ask me to sign before the installation process was completed. He also said the financing company would call and what I needed to tell them. He said I needed to do this so they could get their money. I complied with his request trusting that he would complete the installation. He ran into problems with the internet service. He made contact with the cable company, [redacted] and explained what they needed to do. The [redacted] rep is [redacted] I'm not familiar with there conversation other than supposedly they needed to update the modem. What ever was the problem, my shop lost internet service. After several calls and calls not being returned, [redacted] and the technician, and weeks passed, I instructed BIT to just have the system taken out, I was still without wireless internet during this time. My printer and the credit card machine were not working, credit card machine for only a few days, wireless internet was not completed for more than a month. Sometime during the middle of April, I instructed them to just remove the system, since it had been over three weeks and system was not operational. (It was expected to be installed in one or two days.)I made numerous phone calls to BIT advising them to remove the system since it wasn't working. Some calls were not returned, called three or four times on one day and call never returned, finally I called after 5pm receptionist asked, hasn't anyone returned your call, I said no, then call was transferred to service dept. I told them that I had been calling for days to have someone come and remove the equipment, because the setup and installation had never been completed. Still nothing happened. According to technician, the installation was completed of May 14th. technician asked if I wanted it installed on phone etc. I said no, I just wanted them to remove the system, One and one half months to install, no way. I told him that when presentation was made, on or about March 24th, that system was not mine until installation was complete, system was working to my satisfaction and I was given instructions on how to operate. I had advised them weeks prior to the installation to remove the equipment.Desired SettlementRemove the equipment, Honor the words of the sales presentative.Business Response Contact Name and Title: [redacted]Contact Phone: XXX XXX-XXXXContact Email: [redacted].comBusiness Improvement Technologies does not take any money or ask any prospect to sign a lease until their equipment is installed and they are 100% satisfied with their system. Mr. [redacted] was satisfied and did sign the lease and equipment acceptance page as well as wrote a check for the 1st month last month and documentation fee to leasing company. The leasing company at that point ( 2 days later ) made a call to Mr. [redacted] , this call is a recorded verbal verification that We the vendor provided and delivered exactly the equipment and service we had promised. Mr. [redacted] confirmed that we had and that he understood he was entering into a 60 month NON cancelable lease purchase. He said everything was good and that it was ok for the leasing company to release funds to us. Mr. [redacted] did order a new Modem from [redacted] that did take 2 weeks to be delivered and the day it was delivered we went to his business and hooked that modem up to our system so he could access his cameras via the web. We are fully automated in our phone system and document every single call that enters our office. We take great pride in the service we provide and have not now or ever will run from servicing our customers. Any prospect or customer can call me [redacted] (XXX) XXX-XXXX and I can provide documentation of any event that has ever occurred. Mr. [redacted] equipment belong's to [redacted] who financed him the system and we no rights to move or remove that equipment without their permission. We have documented to the lender through internet screen shots and recording from the business that we have done our job and the system is working perfectly! 2 days ago we even sent the salesrep and installer to Mr. [redacted] business to prove to him that we had done everything promised. We did not have to do that but we did to prove to him that we have done everything we promised. Mr. [redacted] stated that he would just pay the system off. I have no idea what more we can do at this point especially since [redacted] stated directly to me that he loves the equipment and is just mad it took 2 weeks to get internet. That is the one thing we can't control.Consumer Response Sentence #1.Business Improvement Technologies does not take any money or ask any prospect to sign a lease until their equipment is installed and they are 100% satisfied with their system.Response: Procedures not followed, equip never installed and operational, and customer definitely not satisfied.Sentence #2 Mr. [redacted] was satisfied and did sign the lease and equipment acceptance page as well as wrote a check for the 1st month last month and documentation fee to leasing company.Response:Never satisfied because equip did not work, part 2 of statement: did sign the contract and give check on the instructions from technician, was advised on basicall what they would ask and what I would need to say.The leasing company at that point ( 2 days later ) made a call to Mr. [redacted] , this call is a recorded verbal verification that We the vendor provided and delivered exactly the equipment and service we had promisedResponse: Phone call from leasing Co. was the same day contract was signed and check written, technician was still working on installation and setup. a aware phone call was recorded, advised by leasing co. rep. Again, my replys were based on what technician advised me to do, and that the installation would be completed that day.BITMr. [redacted] confirmed that we had and that he understood he was entering into a 60 month NON cancelable lease purchase. He said everything was good and that it was ok for the leasing company to release funds to us. Response:First part of statement is true. (Still following instructions of technician.)BITMr. [redacted] did order a new Modem from [redacted] that did take 2 weeks to be delivered and the day it was delivered we went to his business and hooked that modem up to our system so he could access his cameras via the webResponse:This is kind of a mistatement, I put technician in contact with [redacted] Instructions and dialog was between them, [redacted] did fax me a form to sign. I don't know about the two weeks, I do know it was May 14th, before I was told it was operational. Over one and a half months from when it stated and after they were told to remove product/equipment. It still has never been install on phone and computer, though they offered to hook up on May 14, when supposedly installation and setup were completed.BTIWe are fully automated in our phone system and document every single call that enters our office. We have documented to the lender through internet screen shots and recording from the business that we have done our job and the system is working perfectly!Response: Last part of statement, inaccurate, don't know about the system working. never hooked up.BIT2 days ago we even sent the salesrep and installer to Mr. [redacted] business to prove to him that we had done everything promisedResponse: Mr. [redacted] when I spoke to him by phone, offered to get sales rep and installer on the phone on conference call, I could ask them what they told me at time of demonstration, I told him, that when I was questioning them on what they had told me, I would prefer meeting with face to face. They have not delivered on promise that property was not mine until, delivered, installation and setup, demonstration and instructions on how to operate, (onsite and remotely) to customers satisfaction. etc.BITWe did not have to do that but we did to prove to him that we have done everything we promised. Mr. [redacted] stated that he would just pay the system off. I have no idea what more we can do at this point especially since [redacted] stated directly to me that he loves the equipment and is just mad it took 2 weeks to get internet. That is the one thing we can't control.ResponseInstallation started on or before March 24, Installation completed of May 14, 2014. I beleive this is fifty two days. I will admit that my actions, signing contract and the verbal, by the leasing. As I stated, this was done, at the request of technician, with the understanding the installation was to be completed that day.[redacted]Final Business Response BIT does not own the equipment nor can it remove the equipment that Mr. [redacted] financed through [redacted] We have documented screen shots and recordings that the system is working as it should. We have sent these to the leasing company. We will continue to service Mr. [redacted] if there is anything wrong. At this point We have no idea what we can do to rectify the situation. My phone number is (XXX) XXX-XXXX and I'm available every day between 8:30 and 5:30. We have taken great measures to make sure customers are happy before they commit to purchasing our equipment. We see no value in ONE unhappy customer nor do we need the money bad enough to manipulate our way into a sale. When a customer 1 month after purchase wants us to remove their system that we do not own it just can not be done. Our work order signed by Mr. [redacted] says no obligation until satisfied with installation then it's a 60 month NON cancelable lease purchase. You sign a lease that states you are satisfied with installation and the equipment is working as promised. You write a check for 1st month last month and doc fee. Then you do a recorded verbal verification with the leasing company that you are satisfied with the equipment the installation and you understand the terms of the contract, then 1 month later you state you dont want it. I have no idea what we can do to help other than provide the support we promised.
