The fault was my own, I had the wrong email down for deliveryI finally got a hold of *** *** and he fixed it in less than minutesI apologize for the misstatement on my endThey were very professional about resolving the issue

system, he file this compliant with Revdex.comThen he called us today (1/19/2018), after filing this complaint, and it was the first we knew that we where given the wrong emailI took care of this while on the phone with himWhile we had him on phone, we forwarded the original email to the new email address he supplied us on the phoneThis issue was resolved with him in just minutes after he informed usSo in summary we sent the product within hours, resolved the issue that was no fault of our own, within minutesWe provide good customer service

Because [redacted] used his old email address. 2 hours after he ordered we sent him download activation email, to old email address he provided. It looks like after not getting a respond thru [redacted]...

system, he file this compliant with Revdex.com. Then he called us today (1/19/2018), after filing this complaint, and it was the first we knew that we where given the wrong email. I took care of this while on the phone with him. While we had him on phone, we forwarded the original email to the new email address he supplied us on the phone. This issue was resolved with him in just minutes after he informed us. So in summary we sent the product within 2 hours, resolved the issue that was no fault of our own, within minutes. We provide good customer service.

The fault was my own, I had the wrong email down for delivery. I finally got a hold of [redacted] and he fixed it in less than 5 minutes. I apologize for the misstatement on my end. They were very professional about resolving the issue.
