I want a refund for a revolver I purchased on-line Over a week period dealer ordered different revolvers which were all defective and I refused to accept any of them I have given them my debit card # so all they have to do is refund It seems like the dealer doesn't want to refund me since I told his employee "Ben" on the phone Tuesday that I appreciated the effort to get my gun but after attempts, but I want a refund This has been a complete waste of time, because anyone with ample vision could tell these guns were complete junk, yet they called me to come down and inspect them Why??? I am done doing business with the dealer after thisThey couldn't deliver, yet they try to make the customer feel stupid about their failure to get a quality product They lost a customer, maybe they don't care? Guess I'll never know

This is totally false.  I would be more than happy to sit down with Mr [redacted] to discuss this matter.  If he would prefer to sit before a.mediator to discuss this, I would be more than willing to pay for all costs.  As such, I am a great business with 100% happy and satisfied...

clients.  I take any claim as to my reputation very highly.  As such, I would be more than happy to resolve this matter in the best interests of all parties.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I have sat with [redacted] several times, each with the result of [redacted] offering to extend his services for future months. I don't foresee the need of [redacted]'s services as he did not produce a running business after sever money loss and denial of state application that is crucial to operations. I have obtained a $16,000 auto lone, a $7,000 auto bill, several losses in insurance fees and application fees for state corporation. I have no future moneys I wish to put towards this sham of a business I was promised by [redacted]. I have several emails from [redacted] after the "sit down" telling me No REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.  I believe that [redacted] is wrong for even asking to have meetings when he did not produce the running business by the time frame given. I believe that [redacted] has had sufficient timing to provide and produce what he promised.

I do not understand how [redacted] would even think I would be willing to sit with him after the false allegations and slander to my reputation. [redacted] has been very hasty and should be obligated to make the corrections to the situation his greed has caused.

Once again.  I believe that the allegations made are invalid/not true.  But in an effort to resolve this matter, I suggest that this matter be resolved through mediation.  A cost that I will be more than happy to cover, for both parties.  I am sorry that I will not cave into libelous false allegations.  But in an attempt to follow Revdex.com standards, once again I suggest that this matter be resolved through mediation/arbitration, for which, once again I WILL PAY FOR.
