I want a refund for a revolver I purchased on-line Over a week period dealer ordered different revolvers which were all defective and I refused to accept any of them I have given them my debit card # so all they have to do is refund It seems like the dealer doesn't want to refund me since I told his employee "Ben" on the phone Tuesday that I appreciated the effort to get my gun but after attempts, but I want a refund This has been a complete waste of time, because anyone with ample vision could tell these guns were complete junk, yet they called me to come down and inspect them Why??? I am done doing business with the dealer after thisThey couldn't deliver, yet they try to make the customer feel stupid about their failure to get a quality product They lost a customer, maybe they don't care? Guess I'll never know
